Product Features
Ultra-Light and Thin: Built on flexible glass substrates, this architecture reduces overall thickness and mass relative to conventional glass-based PV modules, enabling conformal integration onto curved surfaces and compatibility with mass-constrained spacecraft platforms.
Bendable and Rollable: The cell and module architecture supports bending, folding, and rolling while maintaining structural integrity and stable performance.
Process Advantages
Mature and Stable Process: The fabrication flow is well established, with precise process control and strong batch-to-batch consistency.
Excellent Film Quality: The photoactive layers are uniform and dense, with high crystallinity and low defect density for long-term stable operation.
Repeatability and Yield: A mature process framework ensures consistent batch performance and provides a foundation for reliability and long service life.
SPACE-GRADE COLORLESS POLYIMIDE (CPI) Film
Our space-grade CPI film is developed as a protective film system for space applications. It targets end-of-life (EOL) performance retention under long-duration LEO exposure. A UV-blocking protective layer helps preserve long-term film integrity while maintaining high optical transmittance. The material system is developed for resistance to atomic oxygen erosion, thermal cycling, and low outgassing in spaceflight environments.
